On the 16th November 2024, the 6th International Awards for Public Art were announced at the University of Shanghai. Talking Hands, by Fabrizio Urettini (Eurasia), was selected as overall winner by the jurors for the IAPA 2024.

Also commended by the IAPA judges were: The Eyes of Land and Sea, by Alison Page and Nik Lachajczak (Oceania), Blooming Time, Programme SPARK, by Li Hao (East Asia), kNow School, by Anga Art Collective (West/Central/South Asia), The Missing Bits, by Nest Collective (Africa), Auras Anonimas, by Beatriz González (Latin America), Dakota Spirit Walk, by Marlena Myles (North America)
